The very first thing I noticed was the smell. Oh my god it smelt so bad and medicated, I thought I was breathing in toxic fumes. I thought the smell would probably vanish after rinsing, but I was wrong. In fact I didn’t realise how wrong I was because throughout the day, I had no escape from its medicated scent, but I digress. After this somewhat traumatic experience, you’d probably expect me to never touch the stuff again but I’ve been using the soap ever since (i.e. for the past week) hahahaha. Even after the first rinse, my face had never looked so clear, and when I later put on my foundation, my face looked AMAZING and had never felt more soft (which says a lot considering that my face is always super soft).
In an interesting twist of fate, a brand new bar of Mililo has found its way into the bathroom so I won’t need to be using this blue bar as much in the future. But that said, this soap gets a double thumbs up for sure, and I’ll definitely be using it in rotation with my Mililo and Dudu Osun black soaps.
