On Tuesday I wrote about my first dabble in multi-masking and today we’re still on the topic of masking as I share some top masks that are perfect for brightening your face during this dreary winter time, according to Into The Gloss. Are these mask pricey? Yes, but I like to think of myself as an equal opportunist and I’d like to start dipping my beauty toe into products that aren’t necessarily from the drugstore.
CHARLOTTE TILBURY
A favourite amongst celebs, bloggers and seemingly everyone else, you can expect a lot from this sheet mask. Its vitamin B3 complex helps brighten tone and revive your skin’s glow. One especially cool thing about this mask is its bio-mimetic vector delivery system, which allows for a prolonged release of active ingredients, and powers them into the skin over time, meaning your skin is able to get the exact goodness it needs.
URSA MAJOR
If not for the price, this would have been my clear favourite, given its very favourable description. Said to quickly dissolve dead surface skin and accelerate cell turnover in order to enhance skin’s tone, elasticity, luminosity and firmness; this mask seems to do practically everything. This one is definitely being added to the wish list though.
VICHY
Formulated from volcanic rocks (wow!!) and fancy fruit acids, it’s the vitamin C that helps to brighten your skin, leaving you with a youthful glow. At only $20 which roughly translates to £14.80, this is one of the most affordable on the list and my favourite of the bunch.
CLÉ DE PEAU BEAUTÉ
This high performance mask instantly targets sun spots, age spots and dullness. Formulated with the brands powerful moisture stabilising Illuminating Complex, this mask is said to leave you with a radiating complexion.
