Raise your hands if you knew that the Fresh Rose Floral Toner could also be used as a setting spray? Well up until a couple of weeks ago, I had no idea. Despite using this toner for the last couple of years, it was only recently that I discovered this super hydrating and soothing toner could also be used to help set and keep makeup looking fresh.
