If you’ve been following this blog for any amount of time, you’ll know that I am a stickler for sunscreen. I’ve written a dozen blog posts on the topic and plan to write a dozen more. For the last couple of months, I’ve been obsessed with the Nivea Sun UV Face Q10 Anti-Age & Anti-Pigments sunscreen. Not only does it leave me with a lovely bright glow, but it’s really hydrating and doesn’t leave a white cast. In an attempt to see what else was on the market, I tried out the Dermalogica Physical Invisible Defense sunscreen but instantly regretted it when it’s thick, sticky texture made it hard to rub in and left a very distinct (and dreaded) white/purple cast.
In a recent YouTube video, I compared two sunscreens to see which one was better for dark skin – though I already knew which one would come out on top before I began. To see how the sunscreen fared, check out the full video below.
And remember, even if you’re inside, it’s still so important to wear sunscreen as harmful rays can still travel through windows. Don’t forget to like, comment, subscribe and share with your friends.
