In today’s post I’m sharing my recent beauty buys featuring a brand new product and an old favourite.
Nivea Q10 Plus C Anti-Wrinkle + Energy Day Cream SPF15
You guys know how much I love this moisturiser. It finished around the time I went to Spain and I was really upset that I wasn’t able to bring it with me. So as soon as I returned to London, I made sure to stock up. I should have written an Empties post, but don’t worry I’ll write a longer post detailing everything I loved about it etc. In the meantime though, I’ll definitely say that after using it for months, I could definitely feel the difference in my skin during my two-week holiday when I wasn’t using it. If you’re looking for a moisturiser that really moisturises, sits well under makeup and protects from the sun (this has SPF15), then you really can’t go wrong.
Clarins One-Step Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser
The way this product came into my possession has an interesting back story. A couple of weeks ago (26th April to be precise), I was scrolling through Instagram minding my own business, until I came across a post from Felicia of ThisThatBeauy talking about the facial she’d just had at a spa where the facialist had used this cleanser. Now, I’m not the type of person to buy things because I’ve seen someone else using something, but for some reason, this product just clicked in my heart and I knew I had to buy it. After a quick Google I headed out to Debenhams and picked it up within the hour. I’ve been using this ever since and so far I can say I’m really loving it.
